HOW TO MAKE BRINJAL MASALA GUTTAVANKAYA CURRY
THIS DISH IS VERY FAMOUS IN ANDRA PRADESH AND TELANGANA.THIS DISH IS REALLY TASTY.
The combination of BRINJAL MASALA, Guttivankaya and Rasam is really good and healthy. Let me tell you the process of this recipe.
INGREDIENTS
Light Purple Brinjal (Guttivankayalu)--250 gms
Onions -2
Green Chilis 2
Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 Spoons
Red chilly Powder - 2 Spoons
Turmeric Powder- 1/4th Spoons
Garam Masala - 2 Spoons
Oil -1/4th Cup
Salt
Coriander
Little water
Kasuri Meti
PROCESS
Firstly we need to take fresh Brinjal Lite Purpled Brinjal for better taste and crossly, next grind the onions, green chilies and coriander until it
turns into a thick paste. Add turmeric powder, chilly powder, salt, ginger
garlic paste, garam masala and kasuri methi to the paste which we made. Mix it
well and put it inside the brinjal as stuffing. Then take a pan and add oil in
it and cook the brinjal for 10-15 minutes.
